We were provided with lovely clean rooms featuring shampoo, two queen beds, and bedside tables.

When I booked I asked for a room on the upper floors. Got first floor with a child running over our heads in the morning. Also room had a funny smell and the water temp knob was broken so we took a semi warm shower in the morning. Also the internet said it had a spa which is does not.

Staff was helpful and provided free roll away bed and extra bedding and towels.

Beds were supposed to be queen size and they were only doubles. Also charged my debit card even after I told them I was paying cash when I checked in.

Wifi was super slow and kept dropping in and out, though wired connection was fast. Breakfast was ok, bacon was pretty good Little pricey for the quality

It's nestled in a nice building with good location close to race track.

Great local hotel with amiable staff. Updated rooms with a clean bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed overall. Good and decent location in the Tulsa area. Near to the convenience store next door and the Strikes Against Cancer softball tournament.

the staff was all very nice!!!! the breakfast was not bad. hotel was clean.

the only thing i was not thrilled about was the hard bed. the beds were not very comfy made for a very sore back. they were very hard.

The breakfast was great every morning, just need pancake machine working.

Elevator has a musty or mildew smell. Could use air freshners there and halways.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel where all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Shower was hot and strong.

Bed linens were very wrinkled and bed was squeeky There was a problem at check in. We ask for the top floor and 2 beds. The first room we were checked into was on the 3rd floor but was only one bed. We ended up in a room on the 2nd floor with 2 beds after a bit of a delay.

The front desk staff was friendly.

The phone in the room was broken, bed assignment was not as stated on reservation, no water pressure in the sink, you had to hold the lever down firmly and for a long time to get the toilet to flush, by 9:20 the only food left on the breakfast bar was toast and cinnamon rolls, and the pillows were awful.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a convenience store. The staff was consistently courteous in all services. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The service was great, just as I expected.

For Holiday Inn,this is a poorly run and maintained place,Demond time I've stayed there in 6 months I think and last time the plumbing was shot

Stayed 3 days. when first arriving the rooms AC unit had a squealing noise. let the desk know this and was moved to a different room. second room bath room light did not work. asked the desk to fix it. coffee at breakfast was always cold,refrigerator froze our water and soda (unit did not have an adjustment knob) asked additional 2 times to fix the bath room light. Poor girl over the weekend was trying to operate both the desk and serve breakfast items with pout help. swimming pool had so much chlorine it faded our swim suites. Pool room was not ventilated properly, room was very cold. all of this and the bed frame was broken bottom of the left side was 3" lower than the rest. We did not receive towel service or anyone to empty the waste can throughout the stay. Room 123
